You mentioned you can't learn to lead without failure... is there a particular 'growth-zone' that has shaped your leadership?

How many employees did the organization have when you came on board? How many now? How has the organization grown throughout the years, gradually or rapid spurts?

We live across the street from Firefly, and have directly experienced the transformation of our neighborhood, thanks to your presence, vision, inclusiveness and heartfelt work. We're very excited about the new Sensory Garden you will be creating. Jesse, you are an amazing community builder and leader beyond the walls of your beautiful building. Thank you.

Hello Pearl, thank you for your question. Anyone with an approved medial exemption will be allowed to participate just as anyone who has received the vaccine. We are taking full precautions to protect everyone and our locations are Five Star certified following the strictest cleanliness standards for everyone's safety.
